Shipping & Returns


 All products sold by PC Depot Direct, LLC include Manufacturer or a 30 day limited warranty unless noted otherwise*.

Please observe the procedures and policies listed below to ensure your return is accepted.

RMA Procedure

If you would like to request a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) please first submit a request through the venue where the purchase was made or email a request to rma@pcdepotdirect.com. Please include the following information:

  • Your company name and contact information
  • Product model or part number and serial number
  • Reason for return

Once your request has been processed you will receive a RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • Any product returned without an official PC Depot Direct, LLC RMA number will be refused and sent back at the shipper’s expense.
  • Only items listed on RMA request form will be credited or replaced. Any items returned that are not on request form will be refused and returned at shipper’s expense.

General Return Conditions:

  • *”As is” and “final sale” products are sold with no warranty and cannot be returned.
  • If security stickers are tampered with or removed, customer will not receive refund and RMA will not be processed. Items will be returned at shipper’s expense.
  • Return for refund units must be received and tested by PC Depot Direct LLC before refund is given.
  • PC Depot Direct LLC will provide shipping label for customer return at cost to the customer. The cost will be deducted from the refund cost.
  • No RMA will be issued after (30) thirty days from invoice date.
  • All return product will be tested upon being received by PC Depot Direct LLC.
  • The customer is responsible for confirming quantity received matches quantity on packing slip. If there is an issue, customer is responsible to inform PC Depot Direct LLC within a (2) day period of date received.
  • Do not accept any products with physically damaged packaging. All claims for damaged product at time of receipt should be submitted to shipping company (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS).
  • All returns must include original packaging and contain all the originally shipped box contents. Customer will be charged to replace missing, damaged, or tampered with contents.
  • Thirty (30) day warranty is a repair or placement warranty only. Credits will only be issued if repair is not possible and replacement product is unavailable.
  • All sales are final - no cash refunds

Unwanted Product Return

  • All returned product will be retested upon receipt. Products that are returned and found to be non-defective will result in a 20% restocking fee. ($25.00 minimum)

 Software Returns Policy

  • Software must be sealed and licenses must be unused. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges and restocking fee.

Return/RMA for defective or damaged products

  • Physically damaged products must be reported within two (2) days of product receipt. Failure to report damaged items will void warranty and RMA will not be issued.
  • A request for refund must be made within 30 days from receipt of the product.
  • If under manufacturer warranty, PC Depot Direct, LLC will contact the manufacturer for repair.
  • If replacement is available, PC Depot Direct, LLC will pay for shipping to send replacement. There are two options for replacement procedures: advanced replacement and standard replacement. For advanced replacement in order for replacement to be sent, an equivalent price hold must be provided. Once price hold is provided, PC Depot Direct, LLC will send replacement. When customer receives replacement unit they will use provided shipping label to return the faulty unit. If faulty unit is not returned, customer will incur charges for both units. For a standard replacement, the customer will return faulty unit using PC Depot Direct, LLC provided shipping label. Replacement unit will be sent out upon the receipt and verification of the faulty unit.
  • If unit is returned and the problem cannot be reproduced, and no additional problems can be found, the customer will incur shipping charges as well as the 20% restocking fee. Both of which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If refund is requested, shipping label will be provided by PC Depot Direct, LLC. Refund will be issued upon receipt and verification.

Shipping Damage

  • If you find that the item has been damaged during shipping, please contact PC Depot Direct, LLC within 48 hours of receiving product.
  • Make sure that all packaging is saved, internal and external packaging. Nothing can be thrown out.
  • PC Depot Direct, LLC will contact the shipping carrier and will provide you with the plan of actions in accordance to the shipping carrier.
  • If the shipping carrier comes to inspect the damage, the unit has to be packaged up like it was when it left the PC Depot Direct, LLC shipping department.

Incorrect or Incomplete Product Policy

  • If item is received and is incorrect or incomplete, customer must contact PC Depot Direct, LLC within 5 days of receiving items.
  • PC Depot Direct, LLC will attempt to complete/correct the missing or incorrect items.
  • If order correction is not possible, PC Depot Direct, LLC will offer a full refund. PC Depot Direct, LLC will provide return shipping label and customer will return the product.
